        Over 250 pages of glorious dog content, professionally printed on 100# silk-texture paper.
      • Who's behind this book?
        That's me, Kim West of Lint Roller Productions! I'm an award-winning pet photographer and professional writer based right here in Missoula. I've taught copywriting inside the Hair of the Dog Academy—the nation's largest pet-photography education platform—and am a founding member of Animalhaus stock photography site. I'm also a semi-professional vacuumer, thanks to my two Great Pyrenees-English Shepherd crosses.

        Five adorable maps inside the book were created by local graphic designer Margo Stoney, of High Mountain Creative. Margo's typical clients are conservation groups and environmental non-profits; I'm grateful she said "yes" to a pup-themed project!
      • How did you decide which dogs to include?
        Most of the dogs in Far-Fetched were photographed in 2022-2023, after signing up to take part in the project. I've also included a number of images from my archives, as well as photos of anonymous puppers going about their business in Missoula.
      • Is this book connected to the Humane Society of Western Montana?
        Indirectly, yes. A portion of each book participant's registration fee was earmarked as a donation. Thanks to Missoula's enthusiastic support, nearly $3000 from this project went to the HSWM!
      • Can I buy a copy to gift to each of my many, many friends, relatives and employees?
